Bidding from home and the full and final auction catalog.

Can't come to the Gala? Place a bid from home!

No worries! This year you will be allowed to place a "PROXY BID"!

What is a Proxy bid? Well, it's simple. We do the bidding for you!
Give us the maximum $ amount you are willing to spend on an item and we'll take care of the rest.

Example: item: painted bookcase You are willing to pay $100. We will bid for you until we max out your $ amount. If the highest bid on paper is $75 we would then place your bid for $85 and if you have the highest bid at the close of auction, YOU WIN! If the highest bid at the end of the auction is $110 you would not win the item. It is important that you decide what your maximum $ amount would be.

All Proxy Bids are confidential. Please browse the AUCTION ITEMS.

You MUST follow the following steps in order to place a PROXY bid.

• You must send submit your bid via email.
• Verbal bids and phone calls will not be allowed.
• Please provide the following information: Name, child's name, phone number, Item # and maximum bid amount.
• Bids must be sent to: fundraising@sdccs.org by 10am on Saturday, March 20th

If you win an item, you will be notified via email on Sunday March 21st.

*Please be sure to check out our latest LIVE auction item* 7 night Stay @ an ocean front condo in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Hallandale Beach is situated between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami and is less than a 30 minute drive from each city. Sleeps 4 and is kid friendly. Luxury condo building is equipped with all the amenities such as valet parking, workout room, pool/billiards room and stunning ocean views with beach access. Dates to be arranged with donor.

The Garden Gala is just a week away! Please purchase your tickets by 3pm on March 15, 2010.

I will be submitting a head count to the caterer @ 5pm. Here is a little peak at some of the items we have to offer during our live and silent auctions. Descriptions and items are subject to change.

Dear SDCCS Parents,

We’re well into the planning stages for our annual gala and we don’t want you to miss out! The Garden Gala promises to be an event to remember. The evening will include a cocktail hour, dinner, live entertainment, raffles, live and silent auctions. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and it will be especially unique as it will be our ONLY auction this year. All the money raised helps our Parent Staff Association fund the needs of our students and staff.

The Garden Gala will be held at the San Diego Woman’s Club on March 20, 2010.

As we come together to support our school, we encourage you to invite friends, family and grandparents to be a part of this annual event.

Purchase your tickets early as they are limited in number. You will receive a complimentary raffle ticket for each ticket purchased by February 19, 2010. It can be used on the raffle of your choice.
