The San Diego Cooperative Charter School offers a unique 6th through 8th grade middle school program with the following features:

	20:1 Teacher/Student Ratio- so that each student is valued as an individual.
	Constructivist Teaching - as a means to motivate students to learn.
	Project-Based Learning -  to expand knowledge and develop skills.
	Interdisciplinary Teaming - each grade is comprised of a team of 2 teachers.
	Advisory Programs - which include one-on-one time with teachers and a life skills program to support each students' social and emotional development, as well as  academic achievement.
	Spanish Instruction - All students complete a full 3 unit course that meets 3 times a week.
